A private resort with the beach on its doorstep

Dunas de Vera sits directly on the sand at Vera Playa, a fast-growing part of Almería's Levante coast where frontline building land is now very hard to find.

The resort mixes 156 one and two bedroom apartments with 44 two bedroom villas, all set in landscaped gardens with boardwalks leading down to the beach. It is quiet and self-contained, yet shops, restaurants, golf and the town of Vera are a short drive away.

Every home is designed for easy holiday living and strong rental appeal: generous terraces facing the sea, outdoor kitchens and barbecues, and access to a beach club, two pools and a full social club with gym and spa.
